Our shipping policy provides detailed information regarding our shipping practices, including delivery times, rates, and how to track your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. For international shipping or special requests, please contact us at info@calymavel.com for more information.

2. Shipping Methods

We provide various shipping options to ensure you get your products in a timely manner. Shipping methods and rates are based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day (available for certain locations).

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or issues with the carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping address. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process, before you confirm your order.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited and Express Shipping: Additional charges apply for expedited and express shipping methods. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
  • Order Tracking: After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to fulfill all orders on time, certain factors may cause delays in processing or shipping, including:

  • High demand during peak seasons or sales events.
  • Weather disruptions (e.g., storms, hurricanes, etc.).
  • Shipping carrier issues or errors.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you and work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
  • Shipping to Multiple Addresses: At this time, we can only ship orders to a single address per transaction. If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@calymavel.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, we will initiate a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist in processing a claim with the carrier and provide a refund or replacement.

8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

While we currently do not offer direct international shipping, we are happy to assist with global orders. Please email info@calymavel.com for details regarding shipping outside the United States.


9. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@calymavel.com. We can only make address changes before the order is processed or shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping address.
